Working plan

Stage 1:  Constitution of the Pilot, Quality and Valorisation Committees. Knowledge of the methodology developed in CHEMITECH (project to be transferred).
Aims:
- Creation and implementation of Management and Quality committees
- To learn and understand the methodology and results of CHEMITECH (project to be transferred)
- To implement and adapt the management, quality and diffusion plans


Stage 2: Identification of the tendencies and elaboration of the processes map in the Health Transport Sector

Aims:
- To identify and Evaluate the degree of influence of the different tendencies (technological, organisational,..) in the processes of the Health Transport Sector at European level.
- To elaborate the processes map in Health Transport Sector.


Stage 3: Identification of the competences related to the key processes that are sensitive to the tendencies

Aims:
- To select the key processes sensitive to the tendencies from a transnational point of view.
- To identify the competences related to the key processes sensitive to the tendencies.


Stage 4: Elaboration of the standards of identified competences

Aims:
- To Design the standards for the competences related to the key processes with transnational value.


Stage 5: Construction of the Device for Evaluation, Recognition and Validation of Competences.

Aims:
- To determine the essential criteria the device must have for the Evaluation, Recognition and Validation of Competences.
- To build the Device for the Evaluation, Recognition and Validation of Competences in Health Transport Sector with Transnational Value.


Stage 6: Experimentation, validation and diffusion of the elaborated Device.

Aims:
- To test the Device for the Evaluation, Recognition and Validation of professional Competences in the Health Transport Sector and, if necessary, to adapt it.
- To edit a CD Rom with the tools, methodology and guidelines.
- To carry out diffusion of the product.
