CERTRANS was born with the aim of valorising the knowledge and competences of workers in Health Transport Sector which have been obtained through non formal or informal learning (professional experience and practice). This will be achieved by the development of a Device for the Recognition and Validation of the Competences through transnational cooperation, quality and social dialogue, to encourage personal development, employability and a greater participation in European labour market.

The specific aims of the Project are:

- To improve the transparency of qualifications from transnational cooperation, social dialogue, quality and valorisation of  “best practices”.
- To adapt a transnational device to certify key competences in the Health Transport sector with participation of all the agents in the sector based on the quality standards, professional qualifications and best practices.
- To transfer a Device whose credibility lies in the participation of all agents involved in the Health Transport Sector sector.
